After the patents are filed, UPI will implement a global partnering and licensing strategy, similar to the licensing of the VHS video tape technology which made the Sony Beta versus Matsushita’s VHS tape become a global standard. UPI will catalyze worldwide adoption of the ZIPPE energy technology to maximize early revenues through key strategic licensing alliances. The company will build a foundation to support the market adoption of the UPI technology.

Global licensing will allow UPI to grow rapidly, with significant ongoing licensing and royalty income, without the need for a significant capital investment to manufacture, distribute and market UPI ZIPPE generators.
